Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns (1040, 1120, 1065, etc.)
• Conduct interviews with clients to gather necessary information for tax return preparation
• Stay up-to-date with tax laws, regulations, and software
• Collaborate with senior accountants and managers to ensure accuracy and quality
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in tax preparation (freshers welcome)
• Strong knowledge of US tax laws and regulations
• Proficiency in tax software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, TurboTax)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Requirements:
