FAQs
Questions we hear most
Services
Who do you work with?+
US businesses of every size and individual taxpayers. Many of our clients are founders forming their first US company, including non-residents.
Can you form a US company if I don't live in the USA?+
Yes. We help non-residents choose the right state and entity type, file the formation documents, get an EIN (even without an SSN), draft an operating agreement or bylaws, and open a US business bank account.
Which states do you form companies in?+
All 50 states. We most often help with Delaware, Wyoming, Texas, Florida and New York, and we recommend a state based on where you operate and how you plan to raise money.
Do you file both federal and state tax returns?+
Yes. We prepare and file federal and state income tax returns for businesses and individuals, plus extensions, amended returns and quarterly estimated tax payments.
What if I receive a notice from the IRS or a state tax department?+
Send it to us. We review the notice, prepare the response, and can represent you before the IRS and state tax authorities.
Pricing
How much do your services cost?+
Pricing depends on the service, your transaction volume and complexity. Request a quote and we'll send a detailed proposal. Engagements can be a retainer, hourly, milestone or dedicated-staff model.
Is there a free consultation?+
Yes. Book a meeting from any page and a member of our team will walk through your needs before you commit to anything.
Working with us
Which accounting software do you use?+
QuickBooks, Xero, Wave and Zoho Books for bookkeeping; Gusto for payroll; Avalara, TaxJar and Stripe for sales tax; and Drake, ProConnect and UltraTax for tax preparation. We can also work in your existing system.
How do I send you my documents?+
Scan and email them, upload them to our secure server, or give us access to your accounting system. You'll get a dedicated account manager as your single point of contact.
Security
How do you keep my financial data secure?+
We use encrypted transfer and storage, role-based access, two-factor authentication and regular backups. Our team works from a controlled-access office, and no client data is stored on personal devices.
